When did Fatekeeper release?

Fatekeeper entered Steam Early Access on June 2, 2026 (PC only). That’s the live, playable release — there is no separate “full” date yet, and no console dates at all. If you searched “is Fatekeeper out yet,” the answer is yes, in Early Access.

How long will Early Access last?

Paraglacial plans to spend roughly 18 months in Early Access before the full 1.0 launch. As the studio put it, “We currently plan to release the full version approximately 18 months after the Early Access release.” Press coverage echoes this: the game is “expected to spend at least eighteen months in Early Access before fully releasing.” That puts a 1.0 estimate somewhere around late 2027 — an estimate, not a promise.

What’s in the Early Access build vs. the full game?

The EA version is the first slice of the game. It contains the core gameplay elements for the first few hours — about two hours of content — while the full version targets about fifteen hours. Full progression mechanics (the complete skill tree and deeper systems) are not all in the launch build; they’ll be filled in over the EA period.

The roadmap table below lays out the phases. Updates are community-driven — the developer has committed to “ongoing updates and improvements planned throughout development based on community feedback.”

Does buying early save money?

Yes. The Early Access version launches at a discounted price that will rise as the game grows. In the developer’s words: “the Early Access version is a significant discounted price. Based on updates the pricing will go up. If you get it early you end up with a very good deal.” Independent analysts have estimated the EA price at roughly $30–40.
